Dr. David Nana Anim is a distinguished leader with over 20 years of expertise in tourism, hospitality, and cultural advocacy.
He is the CEO of Naag Travel and Tours, a Tourism and Hospitality Consultant, and Board Chair of organizations such as Kids in Tourism, Men in Business and Tourism, and the Ghana Progressive Hotel Association Credit Union.
As a traditional ruler (Sanaanehene of Ati New Tafo Akyem Abuakwa, Eastern Region), Dr. Okatakyie Nana Anim I champions Ghana’s cultural heritage and youth empowerment. He has held pivotal roles, including National President of the Ghana Tourism Federation (GHATOF) and Advisory Board Member of the Tour Operators Union of Ghana (TOUGHA).
A passionate advocate for sustainable tourism, he has implemented impactful initiatives, including training 25,000 industry professionals and facilitating auto leases for over 3,000 vehicles to boost tourism operations. Dr. Okatakyie Nana Anim I has also organized groundbreaking events like the Tourism Hall of Fame and coordinated UNWTO training for industry players.
His exceptional contributions have earned him accolades, including the Global Leadership Award (2024) and the Ghana Tourism Authority Cultural and Heritage Personality (2023).
